1. Scope of Service

Shoot Delivery Logistics Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides same-day delivery services across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Orders placed before 12:00 pm are delivered by 9:00 pm the same day. Services may be performed by our employees or trusted contractors.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • You (“the Customer”) are responsible for ensuring all packages are properly labeled and securely packaged.

  • If deliveries require special handling (e.g., fragile or perishable items), this must be clearly indicated at the time of pickup.

3. Delivery Area & Limitations

  • Deliveries are restricted to our published service area.

  • Shoot Delivery Logistics Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, severe weather, access restrictions).

  • Rush or timed deliveries are not included in the $8 flat fee service. These may be arranged as special orders, charged at $22 per hour plus $1.50 per kilometer (round trip).

4. Liability & Insurance

  • Shoot Delivery Logistics Inc. maintains commercial liability insurance for its operations.

  • Our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the delivery fee for the affected package.

  • Customers are encouraged to carry their own insurance for goods of high value.

5. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed at a flat fee of $8 per delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices will be issued monthly and are payable within 14 days of receipt.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Use of Contractors

Shoot Delivery Logistics Inc. may use independent contractors to complete deliveries. We are not liable for actions outside the scope of contracted delivery services.

7. Confidentiality & Data

We respect your business information and will use it only for the purpose of providing delivery services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice. All outstanding invoices remain payable.

9. Acceptance

By checking the box on our onboarding form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions of Shoot Delivery Logistics Inc.
